An overabundance of puppies has prompted Española Humane to reduce the adoption fee for puppies to only $10 during this weekend’s off-site adoption event at PetSmart in Santa Fe while waiving the fee for older dogs to find loving homes for all dogs.

The Friday, Jan. 26, adoption event takes place from noon to 3 p.m.; and the Saturday, Jan. 27, event runs from noon to 3 p.m., at PetSmart, 3561 Zafarano Drive, Santa Fe. Each event promises to transform the store into a hub of cuteness, where you can meet adorable puppies and loving adult shelter dogs, all of whom are waiting with bated tails for their forever homes.
