- Boo is a spirited 2-month-old short-haired black kitten with a lively personality and a heart full of potential. Rescued alongside three other kittens, Boo arrived at the shelter feeling absolutely terrified. He quickly established himself as the feistiest of the bunch, often hissing and swatting to let you know he's not quite ready for attention.
Despite his initial defensive behavior, Boo reveals his softer side once he's in your arms, where he calms down and starts to relax. While he's not a fan of being touched all over, he does enjoy gentle head rubs, making him a little more comfortable with human interaction.
With patience and slow movements, it's believed that Boo will blossom into a loving kitten, ready to become a happy member of a nurturing family. If you're looking for a spirited companion who just needs a little extra love and understanding, Boo would love to find his forever home with you!

We don’t offer holds on shelter pets, so c’mon in to meet and greet to decide if you’ve met your match. Applications for pets in foster care, at Ojo Santa Fe, or offsite in other programs will be reviewed by staff before appointments are scheduled.
